• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• We may deactivate accounts inactive for over 6 months.

• You own the content you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a license to use and display it to operate the platform.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content (e.g., nudity, hate speech, or copyrighted material).
• You are responsible for ensuring third-party content you share complies with these terms.

• We provide tools to build your personal brand but do not guarantee outcomes.

Auto-Renewal

• If you upgrade to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

No Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable.

Changes to Pricing

• We may update subscription fees. If we increase prices, we'll notify you in advance.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we'll notify you and provide a grace period to update payment details.

Plans

• Free Plan: Access basic features at no cost.
• Paid Plans: Choose between monthly or annual subscriptions for advanced features.

What We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, email, and profile content.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the platform.

Data Retention

• We retain data for up to 12 months after account deactivation unless required by law.

• Use Candidate Review for illegal purposes.
• Upload or share explicit, pornographic, or nude content.
• Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates community guidelines.
• Misuse the platform (e.g., spam, hacking, or fraud).
• Report violations to hello@candidatereview.ai.

• We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform.
• You agree to indemnify us for claims related to your content or actions.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, except for cases of fraud, death, or personal injury.

• We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll notify you.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance.

• If you are accessing Candidate Review, you agree to comply with the laws of your country of residence and applicable international laws.
• Disputes will first be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
• Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in the courts of the UK.

• By You: You can stop using Candidate Review at any time by deactivating your account or cancelling your subscription (if applicable).
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our discretion. We’ll notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

Effect of Termination

• If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your profile and content.
• Candidate Review retains data ownership as licensed under Section 2 (Your Content).
• Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your data (e.g., profile information, uploaded content) in a standard format where technically feasible.
• We may retain your data as required by Law or for legitimate business purposes.

• Severability: If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
• Force Majeure: We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., service disruptions, natural disasters, global events).
